Every AION comes with an 8-year/100,000-mile warranty, giving you lasting confidence from the moment you drive away. More than simple reassurance, it reflects our belief in the long-term performance, reliability and quality of every AION vehicle — built in as standard.
Every AION is fitted with an advanced state-of-the-art EV battery, covered by its own 8-year/100,000-mile warranty. For added peace of mind, the battery is protected against significant capacity loss, with replacement cover included if performance drops below 70% of its original charge capacity.
8 years of free servicing
Your AION vehicle includes 8 years of complimentary routine servicing, carried out by our qualified AION-authorised technicians. Using only genuine AION parts, our expert team will help keep your car maintained to the highest standards throughout your ownership.
8 years of free roadside assistance
Every AION car includes 8 years of complimentary roadside assistance, giving you added reassurance whenever you’re on the road. Thanks to our partnership with the AA, expert emergency support is always close at hand, so in the unlikely event of a breakdown, help is never far away.
8 years of free MOTs
The final benefit in the Great 8 package is 8 years of complimentary MOT cover with every new AION vehicle. This includes six annual MOT tests from year 3 through to year 8, helping you keep your AION roadworthy, compliant and cared for throughout your ownership.

Vehicle warranty is covered by an 8-year or 100,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first. Full terms and conditions apply.
Battery warranty The traction battery is covered by an 8-year or 125,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first. A minimum 70% State of Charge (SoC) retention is guaranteed within this period. Full terms and conditions apply.
Anti-perforation warranty The vehicle includes 8 years of anti-perforation coverage with no mileage limit. Full terms and conditions apply.
Paint warranty is valid for 3 years with no mileage limit. Full terms and conditions apply.
- Routine servicing is included for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Full terms and conditions apply.
MOT coverage Up to 6 MOT tests are included, covering years 3 through 8 of ownership.

Transferability: these benefits transfer to subsequent owners.
All servicing and maintenance must be recorded in the service book supplied with every AION vehicle. All entries must meet AION's standard requirements. These benefits are included as standard with the vehicle at the point of purchase.
